Notice of Injunction

INTERIM INJUNCTION ORDER GRANTED ON 29 FEBRUARY 2024 TO PROHIBIT ENCAMPMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES AND THE NONCONSENSUAL SYPHONING OF FUEL FROM FILLING PUMPS ON THE LAND EDGED RED (EXCLUDING THE LAND HATCHED GREEN) ON THE PLAN BELOW AT THIRSK SERVICES, YORK ROAD, THIRSK YO7 3AA

You must not contravene the terms of the Order and if you do, you may be in contempt of Court and sent to prison, fined or have your assets seized.

Motor Fuel Group cares about the safety and protection of its customers, employees, business partners and general public who attend and use its services at THIRSK SERVICES, YORK ROAD, THIRSK, YO7 3AA and has taken court action to prevent unlawful activity there.

Following a court hearing on 23 February 2024 before HHJ Kelly at the High Court of Justice, Leeds Business and Property Courts Motor Fuel Group’s subsidiaries, Motor Fuel Limited and Peregrine Retail Limited who run Thirsk Services have successfully obtained an interim injunction until 21 February 2025 or final order to prohibit encampment for residential purposes at Thirsk Services and the non-consensual syphoning of fuel from its filling pumps over any part of the land edged red excluding the area hatched green (containing Costa Coffee and associated car parking).
